Bill Cherrix (Lead Guitar) is a native Washingtonian. He started playing guitar at age 8 and has not stopped since. Over the last thirty years, Bill has played in many bands in the Washington DC area with some of the area's finest musicians and immersed himself in a wide range of styles. From the blues of B.B. King and the rock n' roll of the Beatles, to the latest tracks being laid down by Santana and the FOO, Bill has managed to keep his licks hot.
Patty Rose (Lead & Backup Vocals) has been singing professionally for 10 years in both the D.C. and Boston areas. She has performed at venues ranging from the local tavern to the Congressional Country Club, and even sang for a year and a half with a Russian band -- singing in Russian, Italian, French, Hebrew, and, of course, English. Although her favorite genre is R&B/Soul, Patty is comfortable with and accomplished at singing a variety of styles and artists, from Whitney Houston to Janis Joplin.
Tom Oliveira ("Tommy-O", Lead & Backup Vocals, Guitar) For decades, Tom has enjoyed sharing the Joy of Music; whether it's producing/performing parodies of popular songs for CT radio, touring Europe in the musical HAIR, designing/operating lights and sound for rock halls & theaters from NYC to Berlin to DC's Staccato's, one thing is constant throughout: this is FUN! Settled now in the District, his workshop brings forth various gadgets that make up most of his stage rig--if there's smoke up there, it might not be from the fog machine!

Carl Jones (Bass, Backup Vocals) has been a veteran of the Northern Virginia Music scene for over twenty five years, playing in such bands as August, The Jerry Moore Band, Worx, Kingpin, Quaver, and The Stiffys. Carl's bands have opened for nationally known acts such as Dokken, Vince Neil of Motley Crue, Rick Wakeman of Yes, and John Entwistle, late bassist from The Who, to name a few.
Charlie Biern (Keyboards, Backup Vocals) was the lead singer in the band known as Pegasus from Huntington, West Virginia. He later co-founded The Stiffy’s, which entertained in Northern Virginia venues for over four years with the help of Bill Cherrix on guitar and Carl Jones on bass. Now with Radio Mime, Charlie continues to add the “colors” that make the band’s sound stand out from the usual and is the band’s Webmaster and all ’round technical guru.
